Ground floor includes modern fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar adjacent to expansive living area furnished with stylish grey sofas positioned around a coffee table and facing a flatscreen TV with Apple TV. Glass doors unites internal spaces with outdoor pool terrace equipped with teak dining table that can accommodate up to ten guests. This is a perfect spot for breakfasts or evening BBQ parties. Pool terrace surrounded by manicured lawns leads to one of the villa’s highlights – huge 15 meter pool. Next to the pool is a large covered outdoor sala equipped with soft furniture around coffee table. Outdoor territory also features umbrellas and sun-loungers.
Each of the villa’s five sophisticated suites is tastefully decorated in a contemporary tropical style. All bedrooms are en-suite, enjoy huge area (40 sq.m) and are equipped with air-cons, king sized beds (that easily convert into two twin beds), high-quality linen, safes and flat screen TV. Stylish couches can be turned into extra beds if needed. All bedrooms feature rain showers while master bedroom boasts additional huge bath tube. Two bedrooms are situated on ground floor with direct access to pool terrace through sliding glass doors. Another three bedrooms including central Master bedroom occupy first floor and enjoy cozy sea-view balconies with outdoor furniture.
Covered top terrace is really spacious and boasts state of the art cinema with soft couches on one side and sea-view lounge area equipped with soft armchairs on the other side. If guests are yoga enthusiasts, the on-site manager can also arrange for a professional yoga guru to lead a relaxing, rejuvenating yoga session. Guests after a bit of extra pampering can also request the services of a traditional Thai masseuse, who is proficient in a wide array of traditional and modern Thai massages.
