The Ban Tai Estate villas complex is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Koh Samui - Maenam, near Ban Tai Beach. It is located in the north of the island and is considered to be one of the most picturesque and quiet beaches of Koh Samui.

Families with children especially like fine sand, calm water, and the absence of pronounced ebbs.
